Welcome to Fitness and Fashion Coach, a service provided by RosieCFitness Ltd. By accessing this website or purchasing any of our programs, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. OUR SERVICES
RosieCFitness Ltd provides online coaching programs including fitness, fat loss, nutrition support, mindset work, and personal styling for women. These services are delivered via coaching calls, digital resources, live sessions, and downloadable tools.
These services are educational in nature and not intended to replace medical advice or treatment. Please consult a doctor before starting any fitness or nutrition plan.
2. WHO WE WORK WITH
By using our services, you confirm that:
You are 18 years or older (or have parental/guardian consent).
You are fit and healthy to begin a coaching program or have medical clearance to do so.
You acknowledge your results depend on your personal consistency, lifestyle, and adherence to the program.
3. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Full payment or the first instalment must be made before receiving access to any program or resources.
Refunds are not available once coaching access, group program access, or digital content has been delivered.
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all instalments. Missed payments may lead to program access being revoked.
4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
1:1 coaching sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Missed or late sessions may be forfeited.
Group programs and digital content are non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, branding, and content (videos, audio files, documents, PDFs, guides, logos, etc.) remain the property of RosieCFitness Ltd.
You may not reproduce, resell, share, or publicly distribute any materials without prior written permission.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in any service, you understand and agree that:
You do so at your own risk.
RosieCFitness Ltd is not liable for any injury, health condition, or damages that may result.
We cannot and do not guarantee any specific results from our coaching.
7. PRIVACY

8. CHANGES TO TERMS
